Always a great experience, and I especially like how Adriana remembers what we did during the previous visit and checks to see if I want the same or make any adjustments, and I also appreciated the follow up afterwards to ensure that I was still happy the next day and did not have “buyer’s remorse” ?

I am a bit upset because I had a full head of highlights done a month ago that I liked. However, I had my roots done yesterday and they are very dark and have effectively covered all of the pretty highlights.

I have been going with Melanie for at least 6 years and I love her. She gives such attention to me as a client and is great with my very fine hair. She is happy to try new things when I am up for a change but just as happy when I love what she has been doing. All in all a great experience.
